The application forms can be obtained from the Vijaya Bank Extension counter, BGHS, 90 Richmond Road, Bangalore – 560025.
The application forms duly filled in the applicant's own handwriting must be returned to the office within the due date.
Applications should be accompanied by attested or xerox copies of the following:
Statement of marks obtained in the last Examination.
Transfer certificate from the institution last attended.
Latest caste certificate in the case of students belonging to SC/ST/BC/BT.
Migration certificate in the case of ICSE / CBSE / ISC / Others and those coming from other states.
PUC: Eligibility certificate from the PU board in the case of those coming from foreign countries.
DEGREE: Eligibility certificate from the Bangalore University in the case of ICSE / CBSE and those coming from other states.
There will be an interview with the Principal before admissions are finalized. Students will have to present themselves for the interview with their parents. All original certificate should be produced at the time of the interview. The Principal reserves the right of admissions.
Students who have been selected must pay their fees within the specified time. Those who do not pay on time and those who pay, but do not attend classes for the first five consecutive days, will forfeit their seat and the fees.
Original certificate must be submitted at the time of payment and will be returned to the students after all formalities with P.U.Board / Bangalore University are completed.
All admissions are provisional until they are approved by the P.U.E Board (in case of Pre-University Classes) and Bangalore University (in case of Degree classes).
Change of Subjects: Change of language / Combination (from Science to Commerce / Arts or from Commerce to Arts at the 1 year PUC level) is permitted only by 15th of July.
Second Language: In the case of Pre-University students, they may select Kannada, Hindi, French irrespective of their language in High School. However, in the case of 1 year Degree, the students must select the same language as they have studied at the Plus Two Level. Those who have not studied a language at the Plus Two Level or have studied a language not offered by the College may opt for Additional English.
Students who are found as having obtained admissions by false representation will be summarily dismissed with forfeiture of fees.
